The 2021 Chardonnay Hawk Hill Vineyard is a wine of unreal precision and class. Lemon peel, white flowers, crushed rocks, mint and white pepper lend notable aromatic brilliance throughout. This fruit, harvested on October 4, was the last to come in. I would give this a few more months in bottle to soften. It is easily one of the best wines I have tasted from Akiko Freeman. 94 points
