One plot is 45 years old, the rest very old. Arnaud destems the young. 50% has been vinified in pedicel fashion, and 20% has been aged in new wood. Very perfumed, less incisive, quite complex. Lifted fresh raspberry and alpine strawberry, does not insist on too much weight, but delivers all the way through. Very persistent. Arnaud thinks that this vineyard can ripen too quickly in the hot years, though evidently not a problem in 2021. Drink from 2026-2032. 92-95 points
