Lifted, floral aromas, very glamorous, verging on tart, with mango and peach filling out around a core of citrus fruit. The palate adds a textural, lees-driven element derived from low-intervention winemaking. The wine finishes dry but soft, extremely drinkable. Somewhere between dry cider and sour beer in character, and an excellent choice for fans of both. (JH 15/09/22)
