The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Village has a lovely, very pure and well-defined nose, the oak here beautifully integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with edgy tannins, lightly peppered with a brisk, graphite-tinged finish. This is exactly what I want from a Gevrey Village. 89-91 Points

Black-purple colour. Plenty of power here but it is a lovely black cherry fruit, with some dry tannins behind. On the palate, this is more red fruit with a mineral thread too, so I think this will work nicely. Includes two barrels of grand cru declassified. 90-92 points
