Full bottle 1,408 g. On lees for three months, 12 months in French oak. Light to mid cherry red. Glorious and classic Xinomavro aroma of tangy red fruits with a hint of tomato leaf but no greenness. Lovely fresh bite on the palate, succulent, mouth-watering. Firm, dry, chewy tannins that are just what you would expect from this variety in youth, but the balance of fruit and structure bodes well for the future. Wait a while for more complexity but you could just drink it now with food. Long, chewy, moreish and extremely fresh finish. Even better on the day after opening. 16.5+ points
