Cherries - black and red, and a hint of maraschino - are the immediate aromatic hit, with a dusty undertow. The palate, grippy in the classic Nebbiolo way, is juicy and flavoursome, inviting you to take another sip. Overall this is easy-going fun at an easy-going price. (JH 07/01/2022)

The Trediberri 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo is a pleasurable and approachable wine that offers plenty of varietal purity. You absolutely taste the Nebbiolo grape with its classic aromas of forest berry, white licorice and dusty earth. The wine offers everything you look for in an entry-level red: informality, elegance and personality. The wine shows some structure, so I suggest a pairing with foods heavy in melted mozzarella or other creamy cheese. 90 points
