Luis Gutierrez
The 2019 Corimbo I was selected from vines over 60 years of age, fermented in French oak vat and matured for 16 months in oak barrels, 80% French and 20% American. It comes in at 14.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.65 and 5.4 grams of acidity. There`s more stuffing, concentration and depth here, because of the vintage and the age of the vines. It`s powerful and generously oaked, modern, clean and nicely crafted. This is one that will age in bottle. 38,378 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2021. 93-95 points
