An almost perfumed fragrance dazzles the nose with a fascinating combination of elderflower blossom and ripe gooseberry. Light, juicy, charming and with very aromatic fruit complemented by a sappy herbal notion. Pleasantly sweet, quite classic Mosel Kabinett updated with a refreshing expression of spontaneous fermentation. 16 points
