2019 Dom Renardiere Savagnin Terrasses (Jura)

A small domaine, 7.5 hectares, in the commune of Pupillin, organic since 2003 and certified since 2012. This is his `ouille` Savagnin, aged in old barrels which are topped-up to prevent the growth of flor. The result is a generous, almost tropical wine with rich fruit balanced by orange-peel and delicate woodspice. (JH 02/02/2026)
