Electric, juicy green apple aromas; bright, punchy and zesty on the palate. A far cry from the watery, slightly fizzy Txakoli poured in bars in San Sebastian. This is a high-energy, age-worthy style, more similar to Muscadet-sur-Lie or dry Riesling. Exhilarating wine. (JH 04/05/2023)
