The 2018 Beaune Clos des Aigrots 1er Cru Blanc has a fragrant bouquet of orange blossom, tangerine and light petrolly aromas that lend an almost Riesling-like allure. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. The very harmonious finish displays nuttiness and salinity reminiscent of a Meursault. Excellent. 90-92 points
