The sample I tasted of the 2018 Les Graviers Chardonnay was still unbottled after five years in barrel. He has five barrels of this, a less reductive wine and therefore the result of a long elevage. It is more oxidative and more open and evolved, and it`s probably reaching the limit of aging in barrel, which is different for each terroir. This is close to being over the limit. He doesn`t know what he`s going to do with this wine yet... 91-94 points
