2015 Nathalie Richez Maranges Les Regains

As with all of Nathalie Richez`s wines, the Maranges Regains is in no sense a grandstanding wine. We do taste plenty that refer to a very male ego, but all Nathalie`s wines are made with delicacy and elegance, even in a vintage that is a big and bold, heat and sunshine maked one. There is perfumed red cherry and cherry pit fruit, bigger but still very fine tannins and a good length which finishes on a fruit perfume. Excellent. (CW 02/05/17)
