Allen Meadows
More evident wood frames fresh and bright aromas of citrus, oyster shell, pear and apple that are very much in keeping with the refined, detailed and quite powerful middle weight flavors that are a good deal less evolved compared to the rest of the range while delivering a palate staining, clean, dry and mildly austere finish. 90-93 points

Pale, green-tinged yellow. The most classic, mineral-driven Chablis nose of these 2015s. lime peel, silex, chicken stock and iodiney reduction. Very ripe and full in the mouth, displaying the richness of the Valmur but with its generous yellow fruit flavors accented and framed by rocky minerality. This reminded me of a riper and more powerful version of the 2015 Monteé de Tonnerre. classically dry but with terrific sucrosité--and without any sign of hardness. Finishes chewy, tactile and long. Clearly the class of the cellar in 2015. 91-94 points
