Creamy nose. Big, very fruity, fleshy, flavoursome and long on the palate. A blend of 50% cabernet sauvignon, 39% merlot, 8% petit-verdot, 3% cabernet franc. Alcohol content: 13°8. pH 3,7, Ipt 83. 90 points

The Château Le Crock 2014 is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot and 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc. It has a more tertiary bouquet than its peers, a little dusty perhaps at the moment. Broody and introspective. The palate is medium-bodied with a ripe and generous entry, dusky black fruit laced with chalk dust, powdery in texture with a good concentration if not great finesse toward the "blocky" finish. 86-88 points
