Quite opulent, creamy aromas, plenty of cedar, cigar-box, dried leaves, cloves - very complex. The palate carries freshness and grip in equal measure, with restrained red fruit, finishing on dusty tannins. Still good potential here, although like most 2014s it is drinking very well. (JH 09/05/24)
