I know that the popular perception of Bordeaux is that they`re all a bunch of greedy sods and there`s no quality under about £30 but this is a wine to prove you wrong. This is a Sichel family property, one of those longstanding Bordeaux scions who have worked hard and own some great value properties - oh, and Chateau Palmer - one of the greatest wines in the world period.
