What an achievement! This is another Outsider on a par with a Saint-Emilion Cru Classé. Cultivated using biodynamic techniques. This wine bursts with fruit and is full on the palate, very flavoursome and long. This 2014 is for pleasure-seekers. Bravo! 92 points

The Clos Puy Arnaud, a blend of 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 30% new oak, has a rather dusty bouquet that is obscuring the fruit. The palate is medium-bodied, very sweet on the entry and rather monotone and lacking tension on the finish. There is a slight suspicion that this sample was not showing at its best, hence my question mark. 84-86? points
