The single-vineyard 2014 Finca El Otero felt very young and in need of some more time in bottle to be able to integrate the toasty aromas from the barrels. It`s polished and sleek, nicely crafted, with good balance and supple flavors. It`s a textbook Tempranillo aged in barrel for 16 months. It has an approachable, commercial profile. 55,000 bottles produced. 92 points
