The 2013 Relentless is another stellar wine from Shafer. It, too, has developed beautifully. Spice, tobacco, leather, cedar and grilled herbs complement a core of dark fruit. The tannins are pretty potent, but there is more than enough fruit to balance things out. The 2013 remains quite young. What a wine! 94 points
