The 2013 Chardonnay Monte Bello is drinking beautifully. Wax resin, yellow plum, pressed dandelion and light peaty aromas waft from the glass all with wonderful delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine bead of acidity, hints of green olive complementing the citrus fruit with wild peaches towards the finish. Irresistible now, but you know it is going to continue maturing with style. Tasted at the `Judgement of Clapham Junction` dinner in London. 95 points
