(already filtered; part of this wine has been bottled; done entirely in stainless steel): Pale yellow with a green tinge. Slightly metallic aromas of lemon and mint. Fruity and creamy, with yellow peach and banana flavors showing a faint bitter edge today. Finishes with a saline intensity. No shortage of concentration for village wine 87-88 points
