The Corofin Meltwater is made from grapes grown on the slopes of the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, on alluvial soils left behind by a melting glacier, hence the name. It is fermented using only wild yeasts and then lees-aged, making a wine far more cool, clean and refreshing than your average New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. (NT 15/08/14)
