2012 Jolivet Pouilly-Fume Les Terres Blanches

Made from organically grown grapes and with minimal handling in the gravity fed cellar, these wines are amongst the best in the Loire`s central vineyards. They have varietal character, yes, but more importantly they really do express their terroirs. Valentina, the young winemaker uses indigenous yeasts and quasi biodynamic principles in the cellar to make these complex wines. (CW 13/06/14)
