2012 Jean-Paul Droin Chablis Montmains

Not as austere as a lot of Chablis, but plenty of green fruit - lime and greengage - and a gentle lick of oak that emerges as it warms up. It doesn`t demand food, but went wonderfully when I paired it with a piece of grilled white fish. (NT 17/10/14)
