Ian d’Agata
Bright green-tinged straw. Enticing aromas of guava, green fig and gin are complicated by notes of underripe passion fruit and lime. Very clean and fresh in the mouth, offering lively flavors of floral white peach, lime rickey, pear and minerals. Finishes with outstanding clarity and cut thanks to vibrant harmonious acidity, with the white peach and mineral notes repeating on the very long finish. This outstanding white wine showcases a strong semillon presence. Really great stuff here, with a very judicious use of oak that complements rather than dominates the fruit. This has a very bright future ahead of it. 94 points
