2011 Ernst Triebaumer Gruner Veltliner

White pepper and greengage fruit, soft but firm acidity, minerality and richness make up the individual components of this wine. It is splendid stuff and whether you buy to catch the end of the asparagus season - proper green stuff rather than the appalling white stalk - or drink it with posh Indian cuisine, you`ll have loads of fun.
