2007 Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60

Fully aged now, at nearly 20 years, with lean red fruit still evident. Vincent Paris wines are never powerhouses, and age has lightened this still further, but there is a lot of nuance and character here, a fascinating glimpse into the past which will pair nicely with the right kind of food - feathered game, perhaps.
