We don't often put Burgundy on tasting. It's quite familiar to most buyers, with the names of the most famous, desirable appellations coming easily to mind. However there is a lot of Burgundy which doesn't bear the name of a famous appellation, and so often gets overlooked... and offers, dare we say it in this most premium of regions, good value!
