August is upon us and so is our annual Champagne tasting. This year we’ve decided to have a close look at the Champagnes from just one house. Billecart-Salmon is an old favourite, still family-owned,  and one of the few houses to have been in stock here since almost the beginning of time – or 1994 anyway. So it’s also a celebration of our 25 years in Exchange Arcade. We’re going to be tasting right through the Billecart range, all the way up to the intensely sought-after Clos Saint-Hilaire. And since we’re often asked about the difference in taste and development between bottles and magnums, we’ll show you a couple of comparisons in a totally unscientific way.
