I think this was the first time Tissot showed me the NV Macvin Blanc, which spends an average of 10 years in a warm cellar, which concentrates the wine even further, making it lush and velvety. This is fortified to 19% alcohol, so it`s a bit spirity, with notes of baked apples but also surprisingly floral. So far, there is no bottling date on the label, to make lots separately... 93 points
