This is a sort of English Campari equivalent, only not so bitter. You can use it in any recipe that requires Campari and simply add a dash of bitters if your taste requires it. Developed by Ian Hart at Sacred, it is a very complex vermouth that adds enormously to anything of which it is a part. Even orange juice. (CW 15/09/15)
