N.V. Le Soula Trigone Blanc No.18

From the arid foothills of the Pyrenees, this is a refreshing blend of various southern French varieties and the proportions change year on year, but always include Vermentino/Rolle, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris. The 2018 Trigone Blanc has lots of Vermentino in the blend, lending it a deliciously waxy texture and pithy citrus flavours. The nose is full of white flowers and subtle mountain herbs. This is made in a very low intervention style according to both organic and biodynamic principles, and you can really taste the distinctive, natural purity.
