The palest of rose colour is an almost deceptively coy introduction to this assertively fresh and red fruit fizz. This undergoes no malo and has a lovely balance between the structure and the fruity palate. I`ve only had it on its own so far, but am looking forward to pairing it with the Friday evening fish and chips. It`s a great addition to our English range and to the stellar range of wines made by Christian Seely. 65% Pinot Noir/35% Pinot Meunier. (CW 01/03/13)
