The MV Brut Cuvee Classic, a blend of 48% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 19% Pinot Meunier, spent 36 months on lees. It predominantly features the 2020 vintage, with 29% reserve wines from 2015-2019. Creamy apple and frozen custard set the tone on the nose. Everything about this wine is smooth with a bright mellow freshness that slips down easily. The foamy mousse frames the rounded smooth body with its gentle fizz. (Lot: LCCMV1742A01) 90 points
