The 2025 Caillou Blanc de Talbot, a blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Semillon (30% new oak), reflects a higher proportion of Sauvignon Blanc than usual due to reduced fruit set. It reveals aromas of confit citrus, clove, white fruits and pineapple. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and dense, it’s enveloping despite the varietal balance, combining freshness with good length and an elegant finish. 88-90 points
