Antonio Galloni
The 2025 Olivier is a potent, brooding wine. Blackberry, chocolate, new leather, licorice and cloves lend tons of intensity. The edges are starting to fray a bit, but that might be the sample. 89-91 points

The 2025 Olivier has a vibrant and quite precocious nose that is almost Saint-Émilion-like in style. Well defined, very floral, with bunches of violets. The palate is medium-bodied with saturated tannins. There is a little more flesh compared with its peers, although there is a slight looseness on the finish that hopefully will be remedied with barrel maturation. I was just hoping for more here. 89-91 points
