The 2025 Guillot-Clauzel is quite attractive. Crushed flowers, orange peel, mint and white pepper lend tons of aromatic brilliance. There`s a bit of austerity in the contours. Hopefully, elevage will take care of that. I look forward to revisiting this again in another few years. Tasted two times. 92-94 points

Offering up notes of sweet cherries, berries and plums, framed by a subtle touch of oak, the 2025 Guillot Clauzel is medium- to full-bodied, ample and enveloping, with a fleshy core of fruit and supple tannins. It`s a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from this small, 2.5-hectare property. 91-93 points
