The 2025 Le Dragon de Quintus, a blend of 74.8% Merlot and 25.2% Cabernet Franc (30% new oak), reveals aromas of spice, dark berries and a touch of mocha. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy, dense and concentrated, it shows a noticeable imprint of new oak at this stage, with structuring tannins, even if the palate remains unctuous and fresh, maintaining balance despite its current firmness. 89-91 points

The 2025 Le Dragon de Quintus is a delight, supple and forward, with gorgeous, pure fruit. The Dragon has a ton to offer in 2025. Soft curves wrap around a core of red cherry/plum fruit, spice and rose petal. All the elements are so nicely balanced. 91-93 points

The 2025 Le Dragon de Quintus has a bright and lively bouquet, with peppermint-tinged red fruit that opens nicely in the glass. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry, smooth and sensual, with very fine tannins and a poised, lingering finish. This is a classy Le Dragon de Quintus that should give 12 to 15 years` drinking pleasure. 90-92 points
