The dark rose 2025 Quinta Clarisa has a nose of aromatic herbs and wild berries. It has the profile of a classical rose with good ripeness, 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.45 and 4.77 grams of acidity. It was produced with the free-run juice of their Syrah from two plots, Clarisa and Almendro. Since 2023, the juice has fermented not only in stainless steel but 25% of the volume also fermented and matured in used barrels. It seems to have given it a little more complexity and layers. 3,700 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2026. 91 points
