From the steep, prime mid-slope in Nuits-St-Georges, this vineyard is typical for millerandes, small berries. They typically give a more concentrated fruit, further amplified by Romain’s low-yielding old vines. Cherry, sun-dried tomato and sweet tobacco: this is perfumed, complex and very distinguished.
