A blend from three village plots all towards the bottom of the slope: the shallow, stony Les Crais, Les Porroux and En Seuvrey. Average vine age here above 40 years. Notes of plum, rosemary and crushed rock; it’s a complex perfume for a village wine, and I find it quite evocative. It is sapid and refreshing in the mouth. (NT 09/12/24)
