The vines here are over 40 years old and come from two sites: mainly Les Bussieres on the Morey border, but also Les Clos above the village. Raspberry and red apple on the nose, and a sweet creaminess that reminds me of meringue. The palate changes tack, leading with sharp red fruit to end on a savoury note. (NT 09/12/24)
