2023 Marc Colin St-Aubin Cuvee Luce
Secondary Description
The Cuvee Luce is a St-Aubin villages bottling, from 3 different parcels. High acidity, with good lemon-and-lime definition. There are also riper notes of melon hinting at the heat of the year. The finish is rich, but wedded to a rush of acidity. The product of a hot year, but carried off with such fresh intensity, it’s remarkable. (NT 05/12/24)

More backward than the Santenay, with a clean white fruit, tight and lean a little bit of a lime finish, the St-Aubin Luce is much more about persistence not power. 88-90 points
