A bright mid purple. The bouquet speaks well of the place, with its bright ripe plums, plenty of vibrancy but also clearly in balance. Bright, dense, concentrated red fruit with a compact yet dynamic energy throughout. Finishes with a balanced freshness, tannins and acidity in the right proportion. Drink from 2032-2038. 93-95 points

The 2022 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Pruliers 1er Cru has a very focused bouquet with fine mineralité, gaining cohesion with time and hints of rose petals. The medium-bodied palate is strict and poised, with fine-boned tannins, good depth, and a sustained, marine-tinged finish. Very promising. 91-93 points
