2022 Capreolus Eau de Vie Perry Pear 43%

Perry is the pear equivalent of cider; this eau de vie uses two local varieties (Helen’s Early and Brandy) of perry pear from a family farm just 23 miles from the distillery (Cirencester, Gloucestershire). The result is an aromatic, intense expression of these ancient pear varieties, finishing long and savoury. (JH 29/01/2026)
