Neal Martin
The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Fermented comes from Stanford, Elgin and Greyton fruit, is oxidatively handled with 10% skin contact using two concrete eggs. The bouquet is very well defined with that skin contact lending lovely peach skin and waxy aromas. The palate is well balanced, a texturally satisfying Sauvignon with a very pithy finish. Very distinctive and delicious. 92 points
