Made up from little plots of their own and some external purchases, six vineyards in all in 2021. Plantes, Chabiots, Chatelots, Gruenchers, Combottes and Aux Combottes. 30% whole bunch vinification. Mid to deep purple. The stems give a peppery lift to the nose and some fresh roses too, sweet elegant fruit very Chambolle, delicacy but with enough body. Long finish, beautifully done. Spirit of Chambolle and he may use that for a name. 92-95 points
