The 2020 Vosne-Romanée Les Beaux Monts 1er Cru has a classy bouquet with dark cherries, raspberry and violets scents, quintessential Les Beaux Monts. Very good vigour. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, fine acidity, taut and fresh with a very precise finish. Good backbone here, certainly with more depth than the Aux Brûlées on the finish. Superb. 95-97 points
