I can`t guarantee you`ll bump into Captain Corelli while drinking this but you will encounter a dry white with drive and energy. Grown 600 meters up on Cephalonia the Robola grape gives fine stony, herby aromas , then great acidity with a rich texture. It finishes on its mineral and white plum flavours. Pump up the (sea) bass for this one and run some courgettes through the mandoline. (CW 16/06/21)
